Neck Lift Las Vegas
Loose, sagging neck skin is often among the first signs of facial aging. Lax skin, often referred to as a turkey neck or wattle, can appear even when the rest of your face remains youthful. A neck lift in Las Vegas by Dr. Goesel Anson, Dr. Terrence Higgins, or Dr. Andrew Silver can tighten your neck and restore definition to your jawline. Although there are non-surgical options for improving your neck’s tone, a surgical lift — often combined with liposuction — can produce dramatic, predictable, and long-lasting results.
For many men and women in Las Vegas, neck lift surgery can take years off their appearance. Request a consultation online to meet with one of our surgeons and discuss whether you’re a good candidate for a neck lift. Or, call our office at

Is a Neck Lift Right for Me?
Many people wish they could do something about the excess fat and sagging skin on their necks. If that sounds like you, a neck lift might be a good choice. Neck lift surgery is also a popular procedure for men, who often develop neck fullness, sagging, or both as they age. Dr. Anson, Dr. Higgins, or Dr. Silver assesses your skin tone and facial structure during your consultation before recommending the best treatment plan for you.
How Is a Neck Lift Performed?
A full facelift by definition includes a neck lift, but a neck lift can be performed as a stand-alone procedure if you’re satisfied with your face’s appearance. Incisions are made in inconspicuous locations behind the ear and in the crease of the chin. Similar to a full facelift, the skin is lifted and underlying tissues and muscles are adjusted. Excess skin is then removed.
Liposuction is often performed along with a neck lift to extract excess fat, improve contour, and provide a slimmer, more youthful look to the neck. When appropriate, a neck lift can be combined with a chin implant, the overall results of which can be dramatic. Depending on whether the neck lift is combined with other procedures, surgery normally lasts between 1 and 3 hours.
Speaking from Experience
“A neck lift often produces remarkable results when combined with other facial procedures. In my opinion, which direction a patient will go should be determined through a detailed consultation with a plastic surgeon who is capable of performing all types of facial procedures. Then, that decision should be based on what a patient truly needs physically, what they will be satisfied with, and what they are willing to do to achieve that goal.” – Dr. Goesel Anson
